We combine our grilled organic lemon-herb-garlic chicken breast topped with fresh tomato sauce, fresh & aged Italian cheeses, fresh basil, and baked to crispy goodness. We do not fry the chicken, and it is grilled with extra virgin olive oil to provide the most flavor, without all the guilt.
