We combine fresh, crisp romaine with our house Caesar dressing (Spanish white anchovies) made entirely with EVOO, egg yolks, garlic and the rest is magic. NOTE: We know eating raw foods can be dangerous, but we use pasteurized egg yolks to reduce those risks. Please take note if you are at increased risk.
