Our whole wheat sourdough pizza envelops fresh spinach, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, basil and pesto sauce with a bed of tomato sauce and is baked to perfection and served with added tomato sauce on the side. Serves 2-3 people. We use extra virgin olive oil in our dough.
