Air-fried brussel sprouts are tossed very lightly in EVOO, lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper. We then toss them in our own Purgatory Falls sauce (think Buffalo) so you can reheat them at home and dip them in farmer's ranch. Serves 1-2 people
