This is the classic chicken salad we've made since we opened: tender organic chicken, crisp onion and celery, herbs, dried cranberries, and a light lemon-herb mayonnaise dressing that can stand on its own or be placed on our sourdough baguette (Woodman's Artisan Bakery), or on top of our simple garden salad.
