It is in our cooler and ready to reheat, and it is fully cooked, but needs to melt fully (instructions below). Serves 2-3 people as a main dish, and 4+ as a side dish. To reheat: cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 30m, uncover and cook an additional 10m if you desire more browning, but it only needs to reach 165 degrees to serve safely.
